Vinificazione: uve con buona maturazione fenolica. Selezione e separazione delle prime frazioni del mosto e fermentazione a bassa temperatura. Metodo Charmat per la spumantizzazione.

Caratteristiche

Caratteristiche: colore giallo paglierino con riflessi verdognoli. Note di frutta a polpa bianca unitamente a sentori floreali che aggiungono eleganza e fragranza. Spinta acida molto lieve e piacevole. Ottimo e persistente perlage
