Moscato “Finalmente” esCAMOtage – CASCINA LODOLA

CASCINA LODOLA producer’s sheet

Cascina Lodola, after seventy years of managing the vineyards, for the first time gives life to its own wine with the “Finalmente” label. Cascina Lodola is the result of my work, my passion and respect for this magnificent land, the Langhe. I want to thank my family for having handed down the vineyards that I now take care of with care and respect, meticulously verifying the production process from the earth to the table. I work without compromising, looking for excellence in every detail. I work maintaining a strong bond with my territory while interpreting it with a personal touch.

“Finalmente” wants to be a union between Moscato, a typical grape from Asti and Langhe, and my great passion for French white wines. I wanted to use my grapes to create this new concept of interpretation of Moscato which is part of the “Aroma Di Un Territorio” association with the registered trademark “ESCAMOTAGE”.
“Finalmente” in fact takes up the same winemaking technique in barriques of the great Burgundy whites.
This woodworking gives structure and complexity to the wine. Starting from Moscato grapes worked in barrique, “Finalmente” is a structured wine, ideal to accompany the creation of the best chefs.
This wine is in fact dedicated to those who love haute cuisine, but also to those who do not disdain good traditional cuisine.
And finally, after a lot of work and care, with joy and a little emotion, I present to you the first Cascina Lodola label, Finally.
