It perfectly develops the soul of Ruttàrs’ hill. In mouth it’s crisp and salty, In the nose it smells like sea water with elegant aromatic hints which make complex the wine.Full in body, it’s a long-ageing wine that becomes fascinating after some years of rest inside the bottle.

  • Taste: Soft in mouth, balanced freshness with clean saltyness, fruity and mineral finish

  • Food pairing: First courses with mushrooms, oysters, grilled fish

  • Serve at: 11-12°C
