Wine processing

  • WINE MAKIING: crushing with stems and soft pressing; maceration done in contact with skins. Static decantation and racking with inoculation with selected yeasts, followed by alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature. Then the wine is cold stabilized

  • AGING: in stainless steel tanks until bottling

Characteristic

  • TASTING NOTES: aged exclusively in stainless steel to best preserve the freshness of its aromas. It’s light straw yellow ; on the nose aromas of herbs and wildflowers

  • Match with: Very good like aperitif and with fish and white meat

  • Serving temperature: 10-12° C
