Wine processing

  • WINE MAKIING: crushing with stems and soft pressing; maceration done in contact with skins. Static decantation and racking with inoculation with selected yeasts, followed by alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature. Then the wine is cold stabilized

  • AGING: in stainless steel tanks until bottling

Characteristic

  • TASTING NOTES: this wine has a bright straw yellow colour . About the bouquet : the most fanciful scents of ripe fruit and an excellent mineral quality emerge, together with optimal freshness. It envelops the palate with gentleness and character, ending with a lingering aftertaste

  • Match with: It is very good with fish and fresh cheese

  • Servign temperature: Serve a temperature between 10°-12°C (50-54 °F)
