  • Description: White very valuable, can be considered one of the most prestigious quality of Collio. It has a straw color with greenish hues. A distinctive fragrance. Aroma bursting, characteristic, reminiscent of the yellow flowers, the flowers of elder, sage, mint, bell pepper, which is expressed in a dry and generous

  • Serve gourmet: Aperitif wine and pasta dishes to match with spicy, hearty and elaborate and particularly seafood and shellfish, and even with creams and soups, medium-aged cheeses and prosciutto

  • Servign temperature: Should be served at a temperature of 10-12°C
