  • Grape variety: It is often confused with Pinot Bianco (= White Pinot), but it has french origin and it is cultivated in the Champagne and Borgogna area

Characteristic

  • Description: It is a wine with a varied flavour, straw-coloured with gold reflexes, with delicate fragrances and aroma, full-bodied, sour enough, of good spiritousness. It is a well structured white wine. It is fine and elegant with a fragrance that let think to apple and acacia flower

  • Serve gourmet: Aperitif wine, it is suitable to a large range of light hors d’oeuvres, soups, egg or fish based dishes and rice dishes

  • Serving temperature: It has to be tasted at 8-10° C
