Vinification and refinement: the grapes are harvested in the second ten days of September and soft-pressed. After fermentation, the wine remains on its own lees, fining “sur-lie”, until January-February.
Color: Catarratto vinified from the vibrant color with straw yellow notes and greenish hues.
Perfume: intensely fruity, lightly floral, it contains notes of jasmine, apricot, white peach and yellow plum
Taste: balanced in the mouth with the right fullness, freshness and acidity giving drinkability, flavor and a good longevity
