  • Grapes: 100% Catarratto

  • Production area: province of Agrigento

Wine processing

  • Vinification and refinement: the grapes are harvested in the second ten days of September and soft-pressed. After fermentation, the wine remains on its own lees, fining “sur-lie”, until January-February.

Characteristic

  • Color: Catarratto vinified from the vibrant color with straw yellow notes and greenish hues.

  • Perfume: intensely fruity, lightly floral, it contains notes of jasmine, apricot, white peach and yellow plum

  • Taste: balanced in the mouth with the right fullness, freshness and acidity giving drinkability, flavor and a good longevity

  • Serving temperature: 11°C

  • How to serve: medium-sized glasses
