DELAI producer’s sheet
It originates from the wine production of Groppello Gentile, Barbera and Sangiovese grapes, the wine production is made under a controlled temperature, exclusively from grape juice, obtained with the natural method of sparkling-wine process in autoclave (Charmat method) with slow re-fermentation at low temperature.
Characterized by a fine and consistent perlage, it is delicate to the nose with sensations of flowers and rose-petals.
Fresh and delicate bouquet with a good persistence and pleasantly harmonic. We advise it as aperitif, with antipastos and typical dishes of Lake Garda.
To serve with a temperature of 8/10°C.
