Sparkling wine, classical method produced by grapes of Arneis in purity, introduces him to the pale yellow glass with elegant and persistent perlage. Wine has remained on the yeasts before the lead engraving floral signs and yielded followed by the fragrance of fresh bread. To the palate it confirms the pleasantness tipical of the Arneis, dry, of good structure, end and intense perlage. They recognize and they melt him in a delicate bouquet the peach, the apple and the broom. In the glass an evanescent white foam with persistent little bubbles perfectly accompanies appetizers, and light dishes of vegetables typical of our earths roerine. To the palate it confirms the pleasantness typical of the Roero Arneis, dry  of good structure but end and intense.
They are the moments of party to be the principals interpreters of this declination of the regal Arneis. Just from this to melt of perfumes and originality the name of this sparkling wine is born: Soeli’.
