  • Tasting NotesEYE : soft pink reminiscing peach flower. Intense and lively foam. Fine and persistent bubbling.
    NOSE : captivating, inderlined by notes of little red fruits such as ribes, cherry, wild strawberry that blend into spicy notes and scents of orange zest
    PALATE : silky bubble, persistent, and lively: full of aroma acidity and delicate tannic notes makes it intriguing
