Millesimato, in contrast to Sansannée, indicates the single vintage from which the wine inside the bottle comes from. It has always been produced by an accurate internal selection of the musts, produced in a specific harvest. The main purpose of this wine is to enhance and told the most of the various peculiarities that each vintage has to express.

Characteristic

  • Tasting notes: Delicate and persistent perlage, bright straw-yellow colour with subtle amber hints. On the nose, reveals notes of freshly beked bread. The palate has considerable structure and an execptional mouthfilling quality

  • Pairings: ideal paried with finger food, and also an excellent companion
    throughout the meal, though not with desserts

  • Serving temperature: 7-9° C
