Anthaia an Etruscan woman who was not subordinate to men, innovative, tenacious and autonomous. A wine only apparently feminine and delicate which, behind its heady aromas, hides strength and intensity; with a strong character, very fresh, pleasant and well balanced.

Wine processing

  • Vinification: The grapes rigorously selected and collected in boxes, are subjected to a soft pressing up to 50% without maceration on the skins. The fermentation in white takes place at a controlled temperature between 14 ° and 16 ° for 3 weeks. The aging on the lees goes on for about three months, before creating the final blend and being bottled


  • Colour: Very delicate and identifying powder pink

  • Perfume: Crunchy notes of wild berries immediately stand out, dominated by wild strawberries, surrounded by raspberries and currants. Fresh and delicate floral notes of cyclamen and cherry blossoms. On the finish we find some salty hints

  • Taste: In the mouth it is well balanced, fresh and with a polite acidity that gives great structure and persistence

  • Food pairings: Excellent together with raw meat or fish, or slightly savory cold cuts with a sweet tendency such as mortadella with pistachio and coppa di testa

  • Serving temperature: 10-12 degrees
