Characteristic

  • Colour: Bright pink onion-skin.

  • Bouquet: the nose recalls clear and recognizable scents of strawberries, raspberries, currants and cherries just ripe. The notes of plum make it immediately recognizable

  • Taste: in the mouth it is dry, moderately warm and soft, with a wonderful envelopment on the palate. Excellent for freshness and great balance, long persistence and a pleasant fruity sensation on the finish

  • Food pairing suggestions: ideal companion for pizza, sushi, sea urchin linguine pasta. Perfect with tasty fish and fried fish. The white meats exalt it in its typicality
