Vinification and Refinement: The grapes are harvested in mid-August. After the destemming-crushing process the crushed grapes are cryomacerated for 3 hours at a temperature of 6-8 °C; racking and soft press is done lastly. The must obtained is then cold decanted and after clarification it is fermented at a temperature of 12-14 °C.

Color: Surprising immediately, a rosé of true brilliance, live color, with beautiful reflections
Perfume: its aroma has notes of fleshy flowers like the rose, moving to the pomegranate and cherry
Taste: good structure in balance with the alcohol content, giving a final perfect harmony
