Toscana Rosso Primegiare – CAMPI ALL’OMONA

CAMPI ALL’OMONA producer’s sheet

The selection of the best Sangiovese grapes has been associated with the rediscovery of an ancient material – the terracotta used in our lands in the past by the Etruscans – to obtain a product that preserves the aromas of the fruit almost unchanged without “enduring” the spiciness of a passage in wood.

Also excellent as an aperitif, it pairs perfectly with cured meats and aged cheeses, and is ideal with the poor dishes of Tuscan cuisine.

The texture of the label recalls the brand “E.R.” that was found in an old company building. The initials are of the owner’s grandfather; the brand was once used for cattle and marking bales of wheat.
