Vinification: Low fermentation temperature for a time total not hiher at 12 days

Characteristic
Colour: intense ruby colour with purple reflections
Bouquet: full and pervasive smell, with traces of violet, cherry and wild berries
Taste: sharp taste with tannins well distributed. Good freshness given by good acidity. Long and persistent with medium structure and notes of fruit and flowers in evidence
Pairing: first dishes with meat souce. White grilled meat. Mid maturing cheeses
Serving temperature: we advise to serve our wine at a temperature of 16/18°C
