Vineyard

  • Production area: Grapes come exclusively from the Pasquari vineyard, at 227 metres above sea level, in the heart of Campo Rotaliano. Surrounded by the Dolomites, the Pasquari cru is known as being linked to the original area of Trentino’s main wine: Teroldeghe.

  • Pairing: in combination with red meat or cheese.
