  • Vinification: soft pressing, maceration on skins for 12 days, fermentation at controlled temperature in stainless steel

  • Ageing: ageing in stainless steel tank and French oak casks for 12 months and in bottles for 6 months

Characteristic

  • Colour: deep ruby red with garnet reflections

  • Fragrance: fine and fruity, hints of red fruits like blackberries, blueberries and cherries, with spicy and vanilla notes

  • Flavour: well-structured and long persistence, mellow and harmonic with sweet tannins and just the right acidity

  • Tasting temperature: 16 – 18 °C
