Vinification and refinement: After de-stemming, the grapes are left to macerate in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks for about 10 days undergoing repeated pumping and delestage. At malolactic fermentation the wine is aged 4 months in steel and 3 months in bottle

Perfume: from the intense, young, ready-made olfactory impact, with distinct scents of berries, currant, cherry.
Taste: full-bodied, full of palate with a caressing and succulent texture, relegating tannin to crowning balance
