Vinification and refinement: After destemming, the grapes are left to macerate at controlled temperature in stainless steel tanks for about 10 days undergoing repeated pumping over and delestage. After malolactic fermentation, 50% of the wine passes into second passage barriques for 12 months, while the rest is aged in tanks.
After bottling, the wine continues its aging in bottle for another 6 months before being released on the market.
