Tastingnotes: intense Ruby red colour, the flavour is mellow and well-orchestrated. Refined and well-bodied, full and complex bouquet, with tones of marasca(??) typical of Gutturnio which is the result of the vinification and blend of Barbera and Bonarda grapes
Serving suggestions: ideal with Emilian pasta dishes (anolini in brodo, tagliatelle with meat sauce, lasagne) boiled or grilled red meats, seasoned cheese, parmesan, polenta with game.
