  • Vinificazione: Vendemmia nel mese di ottobre in cassette, raffreddamento delle uve, diraspapigiatura, vinificazione in rosso sulle bucce con macerazione di 15-18 giorni con frequenti rimontaggi

  • Refinement: minimum 20 months in wood

  • Maceration: on the grape skins 14 days

Characteristic

  • Organoleptic profile: ethereal, with hints of berries, spicy. Soft texture

  • Serving temperature: 18-20°C, it is advisable to open the bottle half an hour before serving
