  • WINE MAKING: Crushing destemming is followed by alcoholic fermentation. It is left in contact with the skins in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature, followed by dry racking, malolactic fermentation and cold decantation

  • AGING: in stainless steel tanks until bottling

  • TASTING NOTES: ruby-red with violet shadings, this wine has a elegant, fresh and fruity aroma
