How does it taste: Cornalin has its roots in Jovençan. That’s why it presents the typical characteristics of Valle d’Aosta territory: natural acidity, freshness, surprising sapidity and minerality. Fruit, pepper, and cloves complete its taste
At the table: Great for first courses and with both white and red meat
