Cesanese is the red wine of Lazio. An interesting wine with a ruby red colour, tending towards garnet which accentuates with ageing, offering the nose a broad, intense and elegant bouquet of red fruit, violets and spicy notes. The taste is characterized by an excellent persistence and a pleasant drinkability which make the Cesanese wine an excellent local wine.
