Characteristic

  • Visual analysis: Straw yellow with golden reflections, with silver shades on the glass

  • Olfactory analysis: Quite intense nose, with hints of pear, peach, white melon and some exotic notes. There are also perceivable floral notes reminiscent of jasmine, orange blossom and wisteria

  • Taste analysis: Sweet, with a slight sugar content. There is a predominant fruitiness of pear and ripe peach. The acidity present balances to perfection an effervescence that is not at all aggressive. The sip, clean and with good persistence, immediately invites you to continue drinking

  • Pairing: Versatile wine, which can be enjoyed with both sweet and savoury food. Ideal with cakes and dry pastries. Also goes very well with aperitifs based on cured meats and cheeses with honey and jams and with fresh fruit salads
