  • Cultivation area: Marsala and Mazara del Vallo

  • Training system: Head training or cordon training, dry

Wine processing


  • Colour: Dark amber, tipical

  • Bouquet: Harmonious, round

  • Taste: Slightly sweet, full-bodied, lingering

  • Best with: A dessert wine served with any kind of sweets. Perfect for cooking fine dishes

  • Serve at: 16 – 18° C

  • Aging: At least 1 year in ancient casks in a grotto of tufa rock

  • Characteristics: It can be stored for several years. Once opened, it maintains its organoleptic characteristics for long time due to its high alcohol content
