DELAI producer’s sheet

This fine wine originates from the wine production of Chardonnay grapes, harvested in late grape picking and left withering on fruit-drying racks for about sixty days.
After treading, it goes under fermentation at controlled temperature; in particular vintages can be refined in small oak barrels of Slavonia to increase the organoleptic com- plexity.
The gold color and the amber reflection exalt its features, the fragrance is intense and persistence with sensations of vanilla, acacia-honey, dry-fruit.
The savory, persistent and not sickening taste exalts and excellent matching with: dry pastries, jam tart and cheeses.
Surely this wine is adapt to taste in company.
Great aging opportunities.
To serve with a temperature of 8/10°C.
