Marco Stefenelli’s creative cuisine is a blend of different cultures and tastes with special attention to raw materials and seasonal ingredients and an eye for tradition. Wines: a wide selection of labels from the Aosta Valley and Italian wines from famous but also less well-known producers.
Located in the historic center of Aosta in an ancient building from the 18th century, where the doors were opened to visitors for the the Millennial Fair of Sant’Orso. Two rooms, in which the atmosphere is suspended between the ancient and the contemporary one.
