A territorial, concrete, seasonal cuisine. Signature dish: Rice noodle, crayfish, grape leaves and pomace (evolving). Two tasting menus. Traveling with the Cru, linked to the territory: 6 main courses, to which it is possible to add 3 dishes invented by the chef. Terroirs: 13 courses, inspired by the chef Giacomo Sacchetto, who links his childhood memories to traditional Valpantena ingredients. The pastry proposals presented with the “Sweet-UP!” are amusing.
