The farm is a small jewel at the feet of Casale M.mo, between Bibbona and Cecina. Built on the Etruscan soil, it is renowned for being the archaeological site that saw the re-emergence of the tomb of an Etruscan prince and in his honor produces a pure Sangiovese called “Prince Warrior”. Sangiovese, Merlot and Cabernet are the masters, together with Vermentino for the white, on this hill of just 6 hectares, once cultivated with arable land and now the cradle of precious and well-kept vines. Always dedicated to the highest quality, Pagani de Marchi has been producing an absolute novelty since 2016: 100% Cabernet Sauvignon vinified entirely in terracotta amphora.
