The two Chefs Marco and Luigi Rolando propose an idea of modern cuisine, while maintaining close contact with the Piedmontese tradition, very attentive to the freshness and quality of raw materials. The wines are strongly linked to the territory, selected from Langhe and Roero; in addition to the most well-known names. A list of wines selected from small producers, often known only to enthusiasts of the sector.
The Inn was founded in 2009. Located in the historic street called “sternia”, in an ancient house of the 17th century, it still retains the characteristics of that time. 3 communicating rooms, intimate and welcoming, in brick and stone typical of the area.
