Restaurant Manager: Palermino family, owners since 1975.
Specialties
Local cuisine. Homemade pastas, bread, breadsticks and desserts. Seasonal mushrooms and real mushrooms and local truffles. The à la carte menu with fish dishes and for vegetarians. Wines: the best labels of Piedmont, and from other Italian regions and some from France. National and foreign spirits.

The restaurant, located in an old villa is unique because restored by architect Antonio Guarene.
