The culinary proposal represents the tradition of authentic, original Valpolicella cuisine. Full of flavors and ancient recipes of the Veneto region, it uses local raw materials, supplied by small local producers. Fresh pasta and homemade bread; wild boar, lamb and Lessinia truffle; fish from the Lake of Garda; cured meats, oil and cheeses from Valpolicella. Historic winery full of prestigious wines from Valpolicella and Italy (300 labels), to combine with the menu.
