About us

Counts Capponi’s property since 1524, Villa Calcinaia is the heart of the family. From their 30 hectars of vineyards, the Counts Capponi produce wines internationally recognised and enjoyed since the beginning of the 20th century. From generation to generation, family members give new life to the vineyards, olive groves and cellars, as each spring brings new life to the land. A continuous renewal that follows the path of sustainability, through the choice of organic farming and alternative energies.
