Our production of about 70,000 bottles per year with twelve hectares on property, is distinguished by a combination of the value of tradition and the quality guarantee of the latest-generation equipment. In every production steps, from the vineyard to the bottle, we pay great attention, following a minimalist vinification. We do believe that the eighty percent of the job has been made in the vineyard (Guyot and Pergola Veronese system with basalt soil base), to preserve all the aromas of the grapes.
