ADAMO CANEL Winery is located in the heart of DOCG Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore area. The work begun by the homonyms founder continues every day in the dedication of Adamo’s sons Vincenzo and Fausto, and his nephew Alessandro, the experience of entire lives spent in the vineyards and in the cellar enriches their work. In this way every phase of production is renewed with meticulous care: starting from selection and hand harvesting of the grapes, the thermo-controlled vinification, the sparkling process of only “Primo Fiore” (First Flower) wine. The smart choices are necessary to obtain the best product from the fine hill grapes.
