About us

Quintino Manco, a very young winemaker, has been following Torre Ospina since 2010 with determination and passion, from vineyard management – inherited from his grandfather – to the winery operations. The territory is located at the extreme end of Salento, overlooks the sea, which favors the day-night temperature excursion, and mitigates the extreme temperatures. The soil has a clavey structure with calcareous, tufaceous and sandy elements. In the vineyards grow the native grapes and worked with particular attention is paid to their cultivation. The cadastral maps are printed on the back label of their wines in order to underline a clear traceability.
