The Tenuta Bessererhof estate is the southernmost estate in the Isarco Valley, where the soils gives the wines convincing mineral notes. The position of the Estate between the fresh currents of the Isarco Valley and the heat of the Bolzano basin favors the ideal temperature change between day and night and makes the wines particularly intense and fruitful. The Mair family, has been active in viticulture for 5 generations. The modern ideas meet traditional knowledge and knowledge acquired through their experiences is also reflected in the company’s wines. The modern form of espalier farming is applied to cultivate both traditional and modern varieties.
