Chef Yves Ballatore, of Tuscan origins, offers a creative Mediterranean cuisine and dishes linked to local tradition revisited in a contemporary way, with a special care in the choice of raw materials. The menu varies with the seasons. Specialties cooked on the grill with an open grill. Wines: about 200 labels from most of the Italian territory, with special attention to the regional sector. International wines, especially from France.
The restaurant is located not far from the motorway exit. The modern rooms cyclically host the works of various regional artists.
