The St. Hubertus Restaurant is the flagship of the Family Pizzinini and its Hotel & Spa Rosa Alpina: elegant and measured, was opened in 1996 and is named after the patron saint of hunters.
The Chef Norbert Niederkofler proposes South Tyrolean specialties, gourmet cuisine and Italian cuisine. Wine list with regional, national and international labels.
In the hall there are nine tables, the “chef’s table” in a private room with a window to the kitchen and a more secluded table near the fireplace. Garden; smokers room; parking.
