“We call ourselves Craftsmen winemakers, ours is an idea of wine, expression of the territory and of the people who imagine it, the passion for tradition and the care of things done well to discover the pleasure of our work year after year. Our wine is born exclusively in our vineyards directly run by us with organic methods, the grapes are selected manually during the harvest and in the winery we only use natural refermentations in the bottle to enhance the personality and typicality of the vine. In addition we produce in our vinegar factory Traditional Balsamic Vinegar of Modena DOP.”
