Sa Defenza (Pietro, Paolo, Anna and Silvia) built the winery in 2015 with the idea of pursuing a highly representative and respectful vision of the territory. They are first generation winemakers, even if the viticulture is in the family. Based in the south of the Sardinian island (Donori) they practice synergistic agriculture that respects the surrounding ecosystem. In the cellar they only use grapes that become wine, excluding wine making shortcuts.
