Specialties: fish crudités, the house mixed “antipastino’’ (appetizer), the smoked fish strictly of our own production, as well as the smoked scottona of the winter menu and all the fresh pastas, including the busiata exclusively made with Sicilian durum wheat. Naturally leavened bread, with live mother yeast. A selection of purely Sicilian wines, and some national labels. Organic wines, natural wines, Sicilian sparkling wines.
