Having joined the staff in recent years, Mirko, son of the owners, is in charge of the dining room and cellar. A great wine lover, he did an internship at the Reale restaurant in Castel di Sangro directed by Niko and Cristiana Romito, an experience that formed him positively and which is reflected in the excellent relationship with customers.
