A Mediterranean, Tuscan and Special cuisine. A wide and varied menu but, says Chef Alessandro Giuntoli: “no strong dish: I make sure that all the dishes that come out of my kitchen are strong”. Wines: over 150 labels including bubbles, whites and reds.
