QUADRI is a contemporary Apulian cuisine restaurant, where the works of Massimo Guerra, a well-known artist from Foggia, are exhibited. Hence the name of the place, which aims to create culture through art, wine and good food. The chef Danilo Sponsillo, born in 1997, after various Italian and non-Italian experiences, decided to come back to Foggia and invest in his city. The most representative dishes are the buttons filled with braciola ragù 30 hours of cooking and the veal cheek reminiscent of an aubergine parmigiana.
