The Innkeeper and Patron is Luca Zanchetti, in the kitchen with Letizia and Alma. In the hall you are pampered by Barbara and Roberta with elegance and simplicity.
The cuisine is inspired by the culinary tradition of the area with a maniacal research of the products at local micro-enterprises: in the seasonal menu many organic products and Slow Food presidia. Natural wines, organic biodynamic wines also with the Demeter brand, Vignaioli Indipendenti and “triple A”. Distillates: only national with many artisan products.
The retro-style restaurant is a candy located in the historic center: two rooms for seven tables, while in fine weather it is possible to sit in the small private courtyard in the shade of a large fig tree.
