Typical dishes of the local cuisine. Homemade pasta with truffles, seasonal mushrooms; gnocchi with Sagrantino; stuffed pigeon; wild boar with juniper; roast goose; cold cuts and cheeses. Everything comes from small farms carefully selected in the area, as well as the vegetables coming also from the owned garden. The owners, all Sommeliers, have selected over 500 labels from local, national and international wines. Choice of EVO oils from the Umbrian Valley and small production obtained from the olive trees that surround the Osteria itself.
